The Cornerstone brand is renowned for developing unique projects. It is owned and operated by a local Gold Coast family, who have enlisted the trusted help of a small team who possess the skills to interpret the vision and passion required to complete the projects. 

Together this team has a strong work ethic and consideration to design and develop beautiful spaces. Their last project was Cornerstone Stores at 570 Gold Coast Highway, Tugun. This award-winning retail precinct is totally unique for the Gold Coast, and comprises 10 tenancies surrounding an internal courtyard and garden. 

After five years, the contemporary red-brick building that houses Cornerstone Stores - and which is almost camouflaged by the greenery - has become what was intended to be, the cornerstone of the local community. 

The building, which looks as though it has always been on that site, nestles into the local landscape, providing an iconic shopping, wellness & cafe destination. It’s a one-of-a-kind showcase of how boutique shops & facilities can become part of the community.
